These are the most sophisticated dental floss tools I've ever seen. They come in two zip-lock packs and include a small plastic travel case that can hold one or two of these devices. The double floss is a good idea and with a little practice I should be able to get it between my teeth in most places. The thread is strong but I have found it frays a bit with use and needs to be washed if you want to reuse it. The small toothbrush is a bit fragile and easily bent. The small detachable spike has a small square tip that is easy to reach behind the molars and into the gums. The larger blade on the main handle is a good tool for removing stuck food from between my teeth, which I constantly struggle with, and this end fits that need quite well and feels solid; Its curvature is just the right touch design and the blade isn't too sharp to be uncomfortable. Given the amount of dental work I've had over the years I need a good method of brushing my teeth and this device combined with a good brushing routine is perfect. Highly recommended.
