As advertised. Stainless steel is thin so they are easy to assemble. There is a little trick: you have to hold the strap with pliers (I prefer needle nose pliers) and then fold the strap back over to get a snug fit. I am using this to build a garden trellis using electrical wiring and fence panels. I used to use nylon zip ties, but they usually only last about 1 or 2 seasons as they become brittle with the weather. I expect them to hold up much better - so far so good. I also suggest using gloves when attaching as the metal is thin and sharp.
