should have listened to the reviews. This hair is by no means 100% human hair! In ducks, threads of different colors (see photo) are green and red threads. I prewashed and toned my hair with Finola Purple Shampoo and then Matrix Long Length Shampoo and noticed that there are black dots all over the ends of the hair that either look burnt or non-human hair. I can't express how frustrated I am as I already prewashed this hair and it doesn't fit my head. I bought 3 packs and all 3 have black pepper burnt ends and 2 of them have colored threads!
