Great bag, terrible shipper
Great backpack. However, the company uses Ged Ex for delivery. Instead of letting me know it wouldn't go to a PO box, they left an automated call with the information needed. Never leave a return number. After 10 calls to FedEx I was finally able to get the correct information but was then told to call the seller. The delivery took almost 3 weeks.
