I am very impressed with how quickly we were able to get up and running after implementation. The team at PTC was always available for questions or concerns that arose during our project implementation. They also worked closely with us throughout the life of the project. The only thing I would say is that they could have been more proactive in keeping us informed about what was happening as it related to our project.
