NooElec product support is excellent

After I plugged the original dongle I received into an Ubuntu Linux computer and ran it for about 3 minutes it seemed to die. The device could no longer recognize the USB device. I tried to see if I could access it from another computer and couldn't. NooElec was very active in helping me solve the problem with the first key I received. After troubleshooting, NooElec determined that the original device was defective and promptly sent a new device. If you're looking for an SDR device, NooElec is for you.
