If you don't like your food mixed, then this is for you. I don't mind eating together, I bought it because I'm bedridden and it's much easier to eat from than from a regular plate. I think it would be good for dieters who need help with portion control. Also great for leftovers. Whatever you haven't eaten, just cover, refrigerate, and it's ready for dinner the next day.
