Frustrating Balloon Cutouts Fail Scrapbookers
After trying this product, I'm disappointed by its poor quality and design. The balloons often wouldn't cut through the paper, leaving ragged edges that ruined my projects. I appreciate the concept but this product simply doesn't deliver on its promise. .
