The system is simple to use, easy for employees with different skill sets of knowledge levels from entry level up through technical expertise; it's fast loading/updating which makes creating new templates quick work! It doesn't have much built in reporting capabilities but there are plenty available online that can be integrated into reports or exported out as CSV files (which you could do yourself). I like being able create my own customizations rather than using predefined ones. Also liking how well their support team communicates via email when things go wrong- they help quickly too!! We've been working closely together since inception so we know what each other likes &; dislike about our respective systems already - this has helped us continue forward smoothly without any hiccups along way!
