The only problem or problem I have is that my battery only lasts a few hours Lasts when I bought it new and it says up to 10 hours but I don't even get half of that and I don't do anything serious that uses up a lot of battery life. And that there was no DVD drive and for some time I tried to look for one that is there. Otherwise it's a great laptop it's great the big screen makes it easy to work with what you're doing and the touchscreen also helps it be really cool and the flip back is a fun and cool feature to have also facilitates the use of some programs.
