I've always had instances where OEM cables for older Samsung tablets would break at the base of the cable near the connector, wearing away the insulation and exposing the cables. This cable is much stronger and has exceeded my expectations so far. The connector at the end of the tablet is a bit tight at first, with no room to move. A strong push is required to fully land it. I really think it's better as it doesn't come loose or fray at the end of the connector like USB C does, which I never liked. Considering this cable is an outdated proprietary connector, I'm very pleased that it's priced so cheaply and is still affordable.
