I just opened my box, I also bought makeup remover wipes which were well packed but this lipstick was rolled out without box/tape/cover to avoid using it, so I thought that's it weird. When I opened it, it was smeared with bits all over the edge, as if someone had smeared it. It's definitely used and I won't use it, it's rude.
