These colorful and fun poufs. The quality is doubtful. The first set I received had broken zippers and I contacted the seller. I also shared my frustration that while all poufs are unique, the company could have "matched" the colored threads better when pairing two poufs together. I suspected the filling. A week later, two interchangeable puffs appeared, whole puffs. It's cool, I have less work to do to remove or replace covers, especially since the zippers on the original poufs broke. Unfortunately, both zippers on the detachable puffs are broken. For real? That was my complaint about the first set, does the replacement set have the same problem? While the color patterns are better on interchangeable puffs, at least I have better color puffs when stuck with broken zippers. There were no instructions on how to return the original poufs. I had to go to Amazon and find the seller and then find a phone number to call the seller and ask how to return the original poufs and let them know the zippers were still broken. The woman says put her outside and the Fed Express will come. Hmm, no. It is clear that quality control does not work in this company. great so I won't trust that I can just leave the boxes outside without a receipt. 4 emails later the guy asked me to write him personally, not through Amazon, to have the return labels sent to me. that if FedEx knocked on my door and asked for puffs, they could give me a receipt. I pack and ship puffs. I have two very fun and colorful poufs. They appear sturdy to sit on or as a stool or table if using a tray. I've only had them for a week so I can't say how long they will keep their shape. Hopefully I won't have to add padding as the zippers are broken. I had to tuck in a few loose strands that would have otherwise unraveled. They were just as expensive as the poufs I bought from Crate and Barrel and not as good.
