Arrived used and strap broken
The backpack was in a sealed bag but used and had: - Strap broken - Zipper missing - Red mark in the bag - Mechanical pencil used in the Side bag has already been returned. Willing to try the backpack exchange again - we love the Jansport but are disappointed to receive a clearly used and broken backpack.
