So I ordered this to light up puddles under my car. They shipped it quickly and I received my item but when I took it out of the box it just fell into my hands. It's cheap plastic so I figured that's why it fell apart. What has happened now is that the screws holding it together have come loose from the plastic threads on the box. The reason they get 5 stars is because after contacting them and letting them know what happened they sent me another one free of charge and were prompt and polite when it came to their customer service. I got the second. It didn't fall apart this time. I connected everything and everything works fine. The case might be cheap, but the actual module that runs everything is pretty good and goes quite a distance. Better than the module I bought from Autozone for $50 which felt a little better but didn't work as well. I put mine inside just in case it didn't get wet or damaged. But overall great product and better customer service. Ps: I showed my friend what's inside when he broke down and he's an electrical engineer. He said it looked damn good for $20.
