There is no volume control. When not connected to phone

Update. I decrypted them to try using my phone to watch videos and I really liked them. How can I sync the volume with my phone? I bought these to sleep in while listening to You Tube Soakstream through a TV station. They are too loud and there is no volume control. Have to go back and find with volume.
