I use every day Convenient application. To use some functions (for example, pressure measurement), additional devices are required. It wasn't clear from the description. In general, this is a heart rate monitor and a pedometer in a watch case. Good for a first acquaintance with such a device to understand whether you want to buy a more expensive one or not
