Today I got 5 items from Revain and they all come back. Although the king of the stack is the Esee 4 knife, it comes in second place. I bought this because I needed a penlight and I only buy rechargeable flashlights. I made the mistake of saving a few bucks and not using a 4sevens flashlight like most of my other flashlights. As other reviewers have noted, multi-mode doesn't work. Streamlight should be ashamed. You must know that these things don't work, but instead of fixing the problem, they keep trying to fix this buggy junk. Also, in their quest to produce these things as cheaply as possible (with prices well over $30), the lack of quality throughout the product is evident. As mentioned, the multi-mode doesn't work, the power button doesn't work consistently, and perhaps worst of all, they didn't thread the area that falls over and protects the charging port. I will never buy Streamlight again. . To return
