It was a reasonable purchase, I will order more.
This was my first experience with DxRacer, and it wasn't a good one. As I mentioned up above, I had the gas lift fixed under warranty very immediately; the left armrest has a lot of play (the dealer said this was usual), and the model is still rough for me (as it is made for big people and I am still average). However, I must praise the dealer's promptness and helpfulness; they replaced the component without any hassle. The need to think about a more basic model is something I can appreciate now.

- Strong left armrest play necessitated the replacement of the gas lift very quickly. The lumbar pillow isn't terrible, but I eventually stopped using it.
