Poor quality good for me
I wore this waist trainer two times per week, eight hours a day and followed the directions for washing. The metal clasps kept the trainer snug to my body and improved my posture. The only downsize is this trainer has 4 flexi-bones in the product. I had two flexi-bones that pierced thru the fabric. My complaint is the quality of this garment.
