Ideal for reducing humidity (especially from our own breath) in bedrooms. I bought three of these - one for each bedroom (we have an electronic dehumidifier in the living/dining room). I was impressed with how quickly the master bedroom fills up (after 3 weeks there is still 2 inches of water in the floor), but there is almost no water in the spare bedroom (which makes more sense since there people breathe in the master bedroom every night, but don't in the guest room). I've noticed less condensation on the windows and our hygrometer (which measures humidity) showed the humidity has dropped 5-10% since we've been here. That's not that much, but I think it's still significant and is pushing us towards the "normal" humidity range. I don't think it will be enough to control humidity in a bathroom, but it definitely does a good job. in bedrooms I would definitely recommend a cheaper and easier solution to controlling humidity and wetness in a home!
