My teen daughter is almost 5’6” tall and weighs 115 lbs. She wears pants and shorts in size 4 or small. I ordered these shorts for her in color New Denim-20, size 4. The tag reads 4, 27 waistband. They fit her very well. The front of these shorts is made of 100% cotton, while the back has a content of 98% cotton 2% spandex. The color is a medium shade of blue denim. The back has full coverage. The front is as shown in the pictures with large rips that expose the interior pockets. The stitching is very good. The zipper works smoothly. My daughter is very happy with these shorts and wears them often.
