I was amazed at how fantastically this chair was packaged. Each piece has been wrapped in a soft, scratch-resistant coating. The screws and an Allen key (the only thing you need) came in a clear bag attached to the frame with red tape. Very simple instructions, large print, clear images. All I did was follow the pictures. I am 68 years old and not very flexible. lol but it was easy. The assembled chair is very stable with a nice square base. The pillow is very comfortable and the extra bar at the bottom for leg rest is great for little people. My only concern is that the material isn't smooth if you have to wiggle to get to the center of the seat. If I wanted I could easily get faux leather squares to cover the seat, flip and staple. I was so satisfied that I immediately ordered a second one.
