Check your purchase before throwing away the box.

The left arm does not connect properly and continues to loosen. The chair was assembled by someone else who didn't realize it was out of character until the hand came loose. I keep tightening it with the included hex wrench, but it's annoying and I don't have time to take college classes to think about bringing it back.
