I did not immediately review this product because my husband has not used it yet! Now that he's charged it up and used it, I think it's exactly what he ordered. It just suits him. We had another brand and we had it for many years but we had to replace it. I chose this one because it was advertised for trimming nose hair and other facial hair. He has some loose hair on his ears and knows how to trim everything very nicely. A good product!
