Phenomenal headset at a fantastic price I wasn't aware that this product had a refurbishment before it opened, maybe because I was in the middle of an order or because of the very long title Although the headphones are great are there is a slight scuff with a few scratches on the plastic which after repair who cares goes on my head while playing xbox the sound quality is amazing every game i have played felt to it , like I'm sitting in a giant movie theater with sound at maximum, the only complaint I can think of is the setup of the microphone itself (like working with my Xbox), which isn't the mechanics' fault either. Initially I had trouble getting sound through them. and had to fiddle with sound settings for about 20 minutes, maybe a map. There was something written in the box about where or how to get the headset to play sound, that would help, but in general it's still not a mechanics fault, I'm more than happy with the headset itself and have no idea what it could The mechanics are done and it's a fantastic thing and it means they've done their job perfectly again, super happy with this purchase
