So I bought this product for my son and initially everything was fine. After about a week, the headset no longer recognized devices such as the PS4 controller or the PC. I tried to see if it could be on my side that the connection needs to be accurate to work but it just stopped working. I would ask for a return but unfortunately we no longer have the box and returning this unit will be more difficult than just accepting a loss. I'm disappointed because overall the product was pretty good, got the job done. It's a really cool chat headset and that's why I'm giving it 2 stars out of 5 instead of 1, but overall it's useless if I can't use it. Kind of disappointed. On the other hand, I bought him a higher quality Hyperx headset and it works great.
