The customer support team at deliverai are amazing! They quickly responded when I had any issues using their software or were confused by anything they explained was easy enough for me understand even if i wasn't familiarized before hand (which it seems like alot of people aren’t). Their app itself also seemed very well designed so that you can use without needing too much training from them which makes things easier as an end user because then there's no need to have multiple staff teaching each other how everything works etc - just one person who knows all about this product & helps answer questions / solve problems at every stage along my journey until we've got our service up live where everyone understands exactly what needs doing next time around.- It does seem sometimes though once something goes wrong/you're not sure why its hard trying work getting hold.
