Review on Partsam 5-Pack Waterproof Red Rectangular Double Bubble Bullseye LED Side Marker Clearance Lights, featuring 10 Diodes for Surface Mount on RVs, Trucks, Campers, ORVs, ATVs, and Motorcycles by Paul Wall

I bought these to replace the parking lights on my van. At first glance they appear well made and bright. A serious design flaw was discovered while attempting to install these lights. The holes where my RV wiring harness goes through the wall should be centered behind the parking light. The problem with these lights is that the wires come out of the mounting plate at one of the corners. If you try to route the wires behind the mounting plate to the existing holes on my RV, the headlights won't stick to the wall because they're resting on the wires. There is no dead space/bulkhead area behind the mounting plate for wiring. the mounting plate is flush with the wall. This was a deal breaker for me and I didn't want to build up a bunch of butyl tape behind the lights just to stuff wires inside. The next problem (if you managed to install them) is preventing water damage. If you drill a hole in the wall of your van to match the location of the wire on those lights, you're likely to do a lot of water damage due to water leaking from behind those lights. I had to wait a few weeks to install them, now I can't return them. I have looked at all the other marker lights offered by Partsam and they all have the same problem. They may work in some applications but are certainly not a direct replacement. They are good for target shooting.
