I installed all my new cartridges and they all work except yellow 225Y. Contacted Revain to ask about replacing just one cartridge as all the others seemed to be working. Spent 15 minutes online chatting and went through 2 different agents and finally were told to contact Value Toner to inquire about a replacement. What a waste of my money. Now not only do I have a defective or empty yellow cartridge, I also can't return it and in the meantime my printer won't work unless all the colors are filled, so I still don't have a yellow cartridge. me and offered a full refund for a bad toner cartridge I received. Thank you! I would definitely try them again. Excellent customer service!
