When I received this hair it was very curly but I tried to work with it. After washing and conditioning my hair, I prepped and set my dreadlocks. This hair was so itchy and not like human hair at all. I contacted the seller about my problem and he said a bit rudely that we don't get many complaints about our hair being rough and itchy. You should wash them. I've had 20 years of horrible installation and styling so I felt offended. They sent me a $10 refund. I don't know why because all I can do with 10 bucks is dye my hair. And I didn't even complain that the 16 inch hairs I bought were different sizes. I do not use or recommend this seller. I'm sorry to have to leave this review but sometimes people don't have close to $100 to throw away just to be unhappy.
