I received the bed frames on February 21st and started assembling the next day. The boxes were in very bad condition. The first box had holes, but the goods were undamaged. The second box was damaged, during assembly I noticed that two of the hinge brackets were missing the hinge pins. Searching the box, I found pins, but one hinge mount was bent. I managed to bend it in place and insert the pins but the C-clips were missing. Then I saw that part of the frame weld was broken. I had to remove this part and close the top. I was able to contact the company through multiple emails to get them to understand the issue. They responded quickly and assured that they would replace the missing parts. I assumed they wouldn't send me another injection. I hope not, I don't have another one to keep somewhere. In general, the bed frames were very easy to assemble, each frame took about 10 minutes. (I ordered a double split) I was able to flip them with the help of my wife. At 73, I'm still a big, strong man. It is very important to read the instructions and be very careful when connecting. I really like that they have secure clamps on every connection. I unpacked the mattresses and laid them on my bed. The mattress was fully inflated in 12 hours. I ordered a Pure Green mattress topper for the king bed. I cut it up and placed it on the Lucid mattress. Last night I had the best sleep in 4 months. Of course I still have to get used to lying on my back, I've slept on my side for most of my life. I've wanted an adjustable bed for a long time, but most of these were out of my price range. For the money, this bed was a lot more comfortable than I expected. My wife's cousin paid $4,300 for her bed. I received the frame mattresses and ordered sheets and mattress pads for less than $1,000. Basically I am satisfied with the product. Note: I slept on the bed for 3 nights. Sleep improved by about 50%. I don't wake up that often, although I have to get up once a night to go to the bathroom. I sleep 7 to 8 hours and used to 4 to 5 hours.
