First reaction after receipt, very satisfied. Unpacking - everything ok, no damage. I read the instructions and this is where the problem came from. While the instructions are easy to follow, they skipped a step and that was for the drywall anchors. I say this because someone like me who has never looked into anchor text had to google for information on what to do with it. If the instructions said to drill a hole wide enough to drive the anchor in and then drive the bolt into the anchor, I wouldn't need to google it. And the instructions say you only need a screwdriver, NO you just need a drill and a hammer and of course a spirit level. I broke 2 of the six anchors but I was lucky to still be able to use them because. Panic because I've already drilled holes for it. Finally, the 2 outer screws may need to be a little further than the middle, the width of the shelves is less between the 2 walls. Also, they look good and do their job there.
