After months of researching ways to foil images and text onto transparencies for my resin work, I purchased this kit. I didn't know at the time that you couldn't make a continuous fill line with something you ripped off. There are videos on YouTube that show you how to partially fill in your images/text with Silhouette Studio and then upload it to the Cricut Foil Design Space. Even this technique will not fill in all the gaps and will leave your slide image blotchy. If you don't want everything you print to be outlined, I wouldn't recommend buying it. It's not the pen's fault that both Silhouette and Cricut (not sure about Cameo) don't have a solid fill option for the drawing feature, but as it wasn't listed on the box or anywhere else I'm unhappy with the product. and will return. Not to mention that using this pen will void your Cricut warranty 😬
