These are good, basic socks. You are soft. They're also thin, so perfect for warmer weather. Even though they are for girls my boys have worn and loved them. I have one that followed me and he has very sensitive feet. He's incredibly picky about what he wears. As a recommendation, in the past I've been lucky enough to try on plain girls socks for him. I thought they were worth a try and luckily he likes them.
