They arrived with all the parts but one of the spare bulbs was broken and one of the nice clear lenses was cracked
Order arrived on time I ordered used bulbs as they were $40 cheaper and I had a have a tight budget. They came with all the parts but one of the replacement bulbs was broken and one of the good clear lenses had a crack from the top center at an angle to the top corner. It wasn't as bad as it could be so I had to tape it up. Now I'm trying to decide if I should use the red lenses that came with the kit as an add-on or if I should try the clear ones anyway. That's why it got a 3-star rating. Otherwise the lights are good, bright and in great condition. FYI they are not plug-n-go. You'll need wired connectors and resistors attached, so plan for that.
