After 11 years I had trouble starting my Tahoe and the check engine light stayed on even after the code was removed. This part is the easiest to repair as it is located just under the plastic cover on your engine. You will need an 8mm socket to remove the plastic cover and an 8mm socket to remove the part. There is an electrical connector that you must remove. Another connector I found, all you have to do is insert this white ring from the left side and then pull it out. It was tight but all you need is a 10mm socket with an extension to get the bolt out. The part I bought here at Revain matches the part for my Chevy 05 Tahoe exactly.
