To be honest I've finally used up my Hoka One One shoes and needed new hiking shoes for walking around my neighborhood. They have higher ratings than I've seen on other sites, but I can tell you that despite their chunky appearance, they feel rock solid or like you're standing on a hardwood floor. Literally from the moment I put them on in my living room and just walked across the carpet, my legs hurt. There's no way I can walk outside on cement in it. I sent them back right away. I will try one of their other softer walking shoes.
