A happy boy! And mom is not upset.
My 7 year old loves it. He feels like a YouTuber. He even tried to sleep the first night. Very easy to assemble. There was only one moment when it would have been nice to have a few more hands by putting on the second hand, but I managed it anyway. My only complaint is that the chair is not attached to the base so it will come loose. . Maybe not that easy - my son tried to push it down the stairs - but it fell apart. Also the adjustment mechanism doesn't seem to work, but I don't think it would make much of a difference in our case.
