Not a fan. 1st didn't realize there was a big one in my shopping cart so I changed it to a small one. It kind of ended up in an L. It's just too thick, too much wrapping and "binding" if you will to ride a bone that I damaged no matter how I wrap. Every time I try to use them I feel like I'm making origami swans. Guess I'll buy Bigggg shoes to go through all that thick packaging. I mean the quality is there and probably great for men but not the best choice for an older lady with tiny ankles. I had to stop 4 times, take off my walking shoes and "play origami" again because it affected my gait and I was afraid I would find new injuries in the morning. Also, do not accidentally turn off the washing machine. I did velcro and completely ruined it
