Review: Recently, I was forced to endure a frustrating time while shopping at the internet store run by HandPRO. In spite of the fact that they assert that their items are of the highest quality, I found their gloves to be of subpar quality and highly prone to tearing. What's even worse is that when I tried to get assistance from their customer service team, I was met with nothing but frustration at every turn. The agent with whom I spoke was unhelpful and unresponsive, and they made no effort to address my issues or offer a solution to the issue that I was having. My time spent with HandPRO was, on the whole, marred by a profound sense of disappointment. Both the quality of their items and the assistance they provided to customers left a lot to be desired. This online store is not one that I would recommend to anyone searching for dependable support or gloves of a high quality.
