Losing a star because they don't quite match the picture. And the print of the zipper on the pants is crooked. After reading all the reviews on heat shrink tubing, I decided to do a little experiment. After receiving them I laid them on the floor and measured the entire length (see photo) and it was about 42 inches. I washed them separately in cold water on the gentle cycle and then dried them on high heat for about 35 minutes with a 10 minute cool down. This has reduced the overall length by about 3 inches to 38 and 39 inches respectively. It's not a problem as the person wearing it is 5ft 2in tall so it's fine. You haven't lost much with the total width of the pants at the buttocks. Even if they're shrunk, they still work for people under 5ft 8in, maybe a little more. I assume shrinking is to be expected with a thin pure cotton product. These are very light summer jammy pants.
