I bought a larger size and could have easily made it smaller. I have average female wrists. I have replaced the strap my watch came with. My new stripes are longer. The edges of the band will turn pink and the light gray band will wear out after a few months. I'm just starting to use a darker stripe and so far so good. Very comfortable to wear and the price is great.
