Product contact with my skin caused itching - I was only in contact with them briefly so there were no visible symptoms on my skin but I suspect I would get hives if I wore one of these for any length of time. And after just spending a few minutes with the product in the same room, I felt headaches and nausea. The smell extended to the blanket I placed the bandages on when I first opened the product. After two washes the odor was gone from most bandages (I just had to throw out some of the more absorbent materials). Since dressings were initially cheap, two washes, even with hang drying, greatly reduced the lifespan of the products. Between the discomfort caused by the smell, the effort required to free it from the bandages and blankets and the damage. Due to the need to wash them so thoroughly, the product was absolutely not worth the hassle. If the seller intends to continue marinating their products in any chemical, I ask that they include a warning in the product description that it would be harmful.
