As a grown man I have thinner wrists. I wear a flat Movado ESQ men's watch in 40mm x 30mm x 5mm. I have several of these with different finishes and strap colors. My black stripe is worn out. This strap is an exact replacement for leather. I swapped out the new buckle and kept my original ESQ buckle. Another exact match. Note that I only have "two holes" left or about 20mm of play before I'm on the "last hole". This is an inexpensive, good product, but if you have larger wrists I strongly recommend that you take accurate measurements on any old watch strap you are currently wearing and trying to replace. Before purchasing, compare the sizes to the measurements in this product listing to ensure they fit.
