Review on Weighted Blanket Queen King Kids by Jae Pistono

* I don't like writing really bad reviews but given the lack of customer service I should. Month. The material that makes up the weight of the blanket has come loose and shifted to one side of the blanket; glue together. When I pick it up, it falls in the direction it's at the bottom - gravity. I thought I had a lemon and that's the problem for me. I have called the company, left voicemail messages and emailed them but never received a reply. They should have a 100% satisfaction guarantee, but that's obviously not true. I assume that just because a product didn't work doesn't make it a bad product - failures and anomalies happen - but when a company charges $125 for a blanket that lasts a month and NOBODY responds to a message , then there is a problem. And I would warn others not to waste their money.
