I like how it gives me control over my schedule and allows me to make changes easily. It can be quite overwhelming when you first use it but the team are very helpful in getting you up to speed. The only thing I dislike about it is that sometimes I have to spend ages trying to find what I am looking for and then having to ask someone for help. If you would like more control over your schedule than other products out there this will suit you well. My job has many different aspects that require me to work across different teams so I need software with a good range of features to keep things organised. This helps me to do that.
