This model is updated, in fact the photos do not correspond to what was sent due to a small but important detail. In the newer version, the USB-C connector has many more options. First, there is no USB-B hub. The hub is now integrated with a USB-C connector, making it a great port expander for Mac computers. USB-C also passes audio through. DisplayPort and HDMI also carry audio. This means that switching between two computers such as Windows and Mac is very easy as there is a set of speakers connected to the audio port. The only issue I had is the slow refresh rate on macOS over USB-C. I don't know how I fixed it. The monitor documentation states that a resolution of 3440x1440@100Hz is only supported by DP and HDMI. It is true. But USB-C seems to be locked to 30Hz and there's no way to fix it in settings. I ended up plugging the Mac into DP via a USB-C dongle and that opened the refresh rate option in Preferences. Finally, reconnecting via USB-C allowed me to select 75Hz, as it seems the Mac has finally figured out that it's DP. USB-C support. It was in Monterey. I haven't tried Ventura yet.
