I like it so far in practice trees

Can't comment on durability as I've only had it for 2 weeks but my kittens love it. (We have two 5 month old kittens). It was easy to assemble and seems quite sturdy. I have it in the corner on the rug and I see no need for an anchor (was NOT included)
