Aggressive, not ideal for
Fairly aggressive. Removes heavily dried fat from copper pans. Not recommended for delicate items. After this, the copper will turn dark pink, indicating that it has removed all oxides and sulphites. Pink is the color of atomic copper, but it's not very pretty. It takes a few days for the pan to hang in the air and go from the pink to orange slightly oxidized copper color we all love.
